Limits of Information use

We will not use any information collected for purposes of a service visit or transaction for any future marketing purpose

We do not sell, trade or otherwise transfer to outside parties your personal and identifiable information for any marketing or other purpose not related to the service visit and experience

Any personal and identifiable information transferred to a trusted third parties who are assisting us in conducting our business or servicing you will be kept confidential and maintained and protected to the same standard as it is with Enea Rossi

Security

We are committed to ensuring that your information is secure. In order to prevent unauthorized access or disclosure, we have put in place suitable physical, electronic and managerial procedures to safeguard and secure the information we collect online.

Our repair service comprises of the preparation of the service visit (e.g. agreement on appointment for the service visit), the repair service and post processing (e.g. questionnaire on consumer satisfaction with our repair service). For preparation and post processing we and/or our service providers and partners will contact the consumer who has ordered the service visit (“Customer”) by mail, e-mail, fax or phone call. Personal data received from the “Customer” in connection with a repair visit will be processed in line with Italian law. The post processing is an integral part of our service contract in order to ensure that the repair service meets all relevant requirements and to be able to take further remedial action if and when we deem that this may be appropriate based on the Customer’s feedback

Some Enea Rossi websites incorporate content and services from other providers (e.g. YouTube, Facebook, Google, Twitter) who, in turn, may use cookies and active components.Enea Rossi has no influence on the processing of personal data by these providers.

Use of the WebTrends web analytics tool

Enea Rossi and Siros uses the WebTrends web analytics tool to carry out access measurements.

The access data is collected in anonymized form so that it can no longer be traced back to a user. In particular, this is done by anonymizing the IP address.

Cookies are used for metrics to enable website use to be analyzed. In particular, Enea Rossi uses them to improve data quality..

Only authorised persons have access to this anonymized data.

Use of social plugins as part of social media

1) Facebook

Enea Rossi websites use the YouTube video platform operated by YouTube, LLC, 901 Cherry Ave. San Bruno, CA 94066 USA. YouTube is a platform that enables playback of audio and video files.

When you load a page on our website, the integrated YouTube player establishes a connection to YouTube in order to ensure the technical transmission of the video or audio file. When the connection to YouTube is established, data is transferred to YouTube.

Use of external links

Enea Rossi websites may contain links to third-party websites operated by providers that are not associated with us. Use of personal data and purpose specification

Enea Rossi or a service provider engaged by Enea Rossi uses your personal data for the purpose of technical administration of websites, customer administration, product surveys, enquiries you submit to Enea Rossi and only in the scope necessary for this purpose or according to the description of processing purposes given at the corresponding locations of our websites. Our employees and the service providers engaged by Enea Rossi are obliged to maintain confidentiality and to comply with the provisions of the Data Protection Act.

In addition, the compliance to all necessary technical and organizational measures will be ensured.

Advertising

If you have granted your consent for such use, but no longer wish to receive advertising from Bosch, you can revoke your consent at any time. Your data is then deleted, or provided that it is necessary for billing and accounting purposes, blocked accordingly.

You can also revoke your consent to the collection, processing, and use of your personal data for the future.

The personal data will be deleted if the consent for the storage will be revoked, if the knowledge of the personal data for the performance of the purpose is no longer necessary or if the storage of the personal data is inadmissible due to other legal reasons.

Data which is necessary for billing and accounting purposes or which is subject to the legal obligation to preserve is not affected.
