SCHOCK METALL
SCHOCK METALL
The areas covered by Schock’s engineering expertise include the development of plastic and die-casted parts. We are also able to offer additional benefits with our many years of experience in stamping, bending, and welding process technology. Moreover, we combine these individual processes and create complete, ready-to-install assemblies for you.
Multi-pack construction
In order to increase the load rates, several telescopic slides can be mounted one above the other and connected by means of a back-plate. This multi-pack construction is possible for many types of slides, providing an extremely high load capacity coupled with outstanding lateral stability. Schock heavy-duty full extension slides are the economic alternative to milled or drawn slides.
Sliding system for tall cabinets
Schock offers a sliding system with a dynamic load capacity of up to 120 kg that has been specifically designed for tall cabinets in home and kitchen furniture. It is based on a ball bearing slide assembly mounted on the base of the cupboard beneath the moving module. A further full extension slide is mounted horizontally at the top end to provide lateral stability.
Ball bearing slides made by Schock really demonstrate their stable and smooth running properties under heavy loads. The automatic self-closing device with damping system ensures that the unit closes smoothly, even when fully loaded. Opening force, damping and self-closing behaviour are customized to individual requirements.
