 Under very high loads Schock ball slides maintain their smooth running characteristics to ensure long maintenance-free service life. The company supplies a special slide system rated up to 120 kg for high columns in kitchens, living rooms and offices but also for food service, consulting rooms, shops and warehouses. To this end, the ball bearing slide principle has been produced as a complete pull-out unit.

 

Both metal and wood frames are assembled quickly and economically using individual fixtures and giving the end-user convenient access to the entire contents. Even if fully loaded, the smooth and stable running characteristics give the user the perception of strength and stability. An optional, automatic dampened closing mechanism shifts the drawer softly to its final position. There are also advantages for the industrial user: the entire system is delivered as a set ready for installation. Thanks to the compact dimensions, the lower slide unit occupies only 89mm. Lateral stability is provided by a supplementary top-mounted telescopic slide.

 

Target customer groups are manufacturers of home and office furniture, cabinet-makers, building interior completion fitters and contract furnishers. Of course, other applications are quite conceivable, especially because the trend is towards more storage space and higher loads, combined with the desire for   easy access and convenient operation in industrial applications.
